Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

APXConnect (“APXConnect,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates discoverapx.com and provides EDI and API connectivity software for pharma supply chain partners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — including when you request a demo, contact us, or sign up for our service. This may include your name, business email, phone number, company name, role, and information about your trading partner connectivity needs.

When you use our service, we automatically collect technical information including IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and basic analytics.

For customers using our platform to process EDI transactions, we receive and process the transaction content (purchase orders, invoices, advance ship notices, and related documents) on your behalf. This data is governed by your contract with us and is processed solely to deliver the service.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the APXConnect service
  • Respond to demo requests and customer inquiries
  • Send transactional and operational communications (account, billing, security)
  • Send relevant product updates and outreach where permitted by law
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, payment processing) and only under contracts that restrict their use of the information to providing services to us.

We may also share information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of APXConnect, our customers, or others. In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this policy.

4. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer transaction data is retained per your subscription terms.

5. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. California, EU), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the address below; we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

7. Children

The APXConnect service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. International users

APXConnect is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
